Welcome to Pittsboro School of Yoga!

 Thank you for your support.

Those students who have completed yoga 1 can "drop in" to the Wednesday 6pm beginner class. It is advisable to call ahead to be sure of space (most times there will be room in the class).

Weekly drop in classes / open to all students.
90 minute classes.

  • Tuesday 6pm
  • Thursday 6pm
  • Friday 6pm
  • Saturday: 9am
  • Sunday: 4pm

 

Courses Schedule - Ongoing Monthly (Pre-Registration Required)

Mondays: Yoga 2: 6:00pm
OR Meditation 1: 6:15pm
Wednesdays: Yoga 1: 6:00pm

 

Private Counselling sessions available by appointment.
Energy work sessions by appointment.

Private Yoga instruction by appointment.
